As your coordinators we will meet you before the wedding day to discuss details and  finalise arrangements. This will take place at least 48 hours prior to the wedding day and will include a trip to the registry office. The time of the ceremony will be subject to the registrar's availability.

We will take care of the marriage licence and, in the case of a different venue than the registry office, we will also take care of the transport for the registrar to the venue and vice versa. Wedding venues should not be on beaches, at sea, non-public places, underwater and next to swimming pools.

The Location 

This will be organised by the wedding coordinator. In most cases, the ceremony will take place in the hotel's designated location. If you prefer an alternative location we will endeavour to make this possible.
